Real Estate Coaching
The longer I’m in the real estate industry, the more I see optimistic and hard-working new agents start careers and fail. As few as 10% will last long enough to make it a full-time career. Achieving success as a full-time real estate agent is not easy. I realized the need for personalized training and coaching in the first five years.
If you are thinking about changing careers into Real Estate, I’ve been there. I know what it takes to be successful, and what you might not realize, coming from the corporate world.
If you are just starting out, and want to do it right from the beginning, I commend your foresight. Getting the right habits and systems in place from the start will improve your launch trajectory and it is much easier if you start than to go back later and change bad habits or learn something new. You don’t want to waste time or money. I don’t want you to waste it either – let’s work together to build a plan for success.
If you have been working at real estate for awhile, but just aren’t having success, maybe you need a fresh set of eyes to look at what you’re doing and help find areas you need to change. You don’t know what you don’t know, but I do. Maybe you’ve tried other coaching programs, but they’re style isn’t for you, or don’t like being handed off to one of a team of coaches. If you’d like to work personally one-on-one with me, and get the kind but unvarnished truth from someone who is also in the trenches day-to-day with buyers and sellers, then we may be a great fit.

Agent Resources
The number of resources for agents to follow what is happening in the industry can be overwhelming. And free resources to help you build your business can be hard to find. Plus, I know it’s hard to devote time to reading when you need to be out there prospecting, showing houses, doing paperwork, etc. While working in the business pays the bills, you need to work on the business, too.
Here’s a curated list of resources I check every day. I will add to it regularly. Happy reading!
