About Lu Ryan

Residential Realtor

I am a proud native of Western Pennsylvania, having spent my formative years at the University of Pittsburgh and making this vibrant city my permanent home. On any given fall weekend, you’ll find me adorned in Gold and Blue (or Black, depending on the day) – a true local immersed in the rich tapestry of this region.

Allow me to touch upon the essence of Italian American heritage, not merely as a label but as a profound state of mind. Raised with the values of impeccable work ethic and a deep appreciation for culinary arts, I find great joy in crafting meals for friends and family.

Embarking on a professional journey that spanned 12 years in corporate America, including roles with non-profits and large corporations, I achieved a significant milestone as the first female Explorer Executive for the Boy Scouts of America in Pittsburgh.

However, life took a turn when the constraints of a conventional corporate schedule clashed with the demands of a newborn who required special attention. It was then that I sought a career offering flexibility and chose the path of real estate.

Transitioning careers is no small feat,
but I embraced the challenge.

Over the past 30 years, I have been a dedicated member of Howard Hanna, recognizing the strength that comes with being part of a larger entity. As a Top Producing Agent and distinguished Sales Leader for the past three decades, I have navigated the complexities of the real estate landscape.

While accolades such as being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Champion Club Member are noteworthy, my enduring pride lies in being a member of the Howard Hanna President’s Circle for the past 12 years. This distinction not only underscores my success as an agent but also signifies my enduring loyalty to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

In the subsequent years, I have meticulously built a business centered around addressing the unique needs of my clients.

Simultaneously, I have refined my skills to not only benefit my clientele but also extend support and guidance to fellow real estate professionals.
